Is it true that you never want to leave when you travel to Japan?

Many foreign travelers, students, and businessmen who come to Japan often say, “I don’t want to go back.” I have also heard such remarks multiple times on YouTube videos and TV shows.

Why do they not want to go back to their home country? The biggest reason is the comfort of living in Japan. Every store provides excellent customer service. Every town is safe and clean. People are always kind to foreigners. And the food, no matter what you eat, is delicious. Japan is an incredibly comfortable country unlike anywhere else in the world. I was born and raised in Japan. I have been to New York twice, and I felt a bit nervous while walking around. I love the strength and liveliness of America, but at the same time, my sense of caution heightens. Walking through Manhattan made me realize just how safe Tokyo is as a city.

In the past, I wasn’t particularly fond of Japan, even though it is my birthplace and where I grew up. However, I have learned about the charm of Japan from many foreign travelers. Now, I truly feel that Japan is a comfortable place to live. The only downside is that the economy has been quite sluggish.
